Cutesy heroines.

Brush marker and watercolour. Short break from the princess challenge and from trying to learn digital drawing.  I think my biggest annoyance with computers is that until you memorise and come across everything the program can do you’re sort of crippled in your drawing.  With pencil and paper what you see is what you get. It’s a pencil. You hold it upright and it makes a sharp line, twist to side and you get fuzzy wide line and that’s about it, adjust wrist angle for gradients inbetween and use an eraser to get rid of mistakes.  With computers there’s stuff hiding in menus and under options you don’t know about until you accidentally come across them.  BUT at least even after just seven days I can already see very minor improvement and I can work faster.
